Planificación y valores: ¿Qué mueve al proyecto Reactiva Canarias?

La planificación estratégica

La planificación estratégica es un proceso de desarrollo y puesta en marcha de planes para conseguir propósitos u objetivos. Éste, es el modelo que define el Proyecto Reactiva Canarias.

En conclusión: estudiar dónde estamos, hacia dónde queremos llegar y qué pasos debemos dar para conseguirlo.

Este proceso queda delimitado por dos conceptos claves: la visión y los valores.

La visión

La visión determina lo que el proyecto quiere lograr a largo plazo. El Proyecto Reactiva Canarias se define por la Agenda Canaria de Desarrollo Sostenible 2030. Nuestro marco estratégico es fruto del trabajo compartido y consensuado de todos los agentes sociales públicos y privados, para el impulso del desarrollo sostenible del Archipiélago.

La misión

La misión describe la situación deseada, nuestro fin último. El Proyecto Reactiva Canarias busca la reactivación y transformación del modelo socioeconómico de Canarias.

Los valores

Los valores, por último, son las creencias que sostienen la visión. Prioridades compartidas que sientan las bases del proyecto y su desarrollo.
